2021-04-22 Adisseo Spain joins as a new member of ANFFE
The company Adisseo Spain, manufacturer of products for animal feed and ammonium sulfate used in the fertilizer sector, has just joined the National Association of Fertilizer Manufacturers (ANFFE) as a new full member. Its accession to the Association has been unanimously approved at the last General Assembly, held last March.
The companies represented by ANFFE, with 19 production centers in Spain and more than 3,000 direct jobs, constitute an essential and strategic sector of the national economy and industry, since they produce basic inputs for agriculture and food production. Its industrial activity allows us to guarantee agricultural activity in our country, reducing the risk posed by a high degree of dependence on imports from third countries. The fertilizer manufacturing sector is fully aligned with the objectives of the European Union in relation to sustainability, both economic and social and environmental, and is playing an important role in the commitment to lead the energy transition towards a low carbon economy.
